Boo Boo's Birthday

 My baby is four today.

I will never forget when my mom sent

me the link during Spring Break '09 that

led me to a picture of little 4.6 oz puppy

in Georgia.

I'll never forget the day long car ride with 

my dad in May to collect my baby girl

and the car ride back, when I cried about

taking her away from her mom and dad.

{emotional mess.}

I grossly overpaid for what she was "worth"

but she has easily repaid me that tenfold in

snuggles, laughter, and pure joy.

So happy birthday, precious Lilly.  Thank you

for making my life a little happier, a little

brighter, and much, much sillier.
